Uganda’s Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Mr Vincent Ssempijja, has said that the government would be issuing birth certificates to cows and registering farmers henceforth.

Due to the current weather situation in the country, heat has become the order of the day.

From a correspondent reporting from Sokoto, Sokoto state for Online With Franklyn regarding the current situation in the town, water is now been sold at 100 naira per gallon because it is now a scarce resource in the city. This is due to the lack of power supply to pump out water from the bore holes.

Breaking news: INEC reschedules 2019 general elections

As of 2:00am been 16th February, 2019; It came as a shock news to Nigerians that the general elections has been rescheduled to hold on the 23rd February 2019 for the presidential and the National Assembly elections instead of today, 16th February 2019; and 9th March 2019 for the governorship, state house of assembly and federal capital territory (FCT) area council elections instead of 2nd March 2019.

The big questions here are, but WHY?. Were they not prepared?
