Love is not a feeling

When you say love is a feeling, it means you are moved to love however you feel.

Don’t quote me wrong when I say love is not a feeling. The feeling must go through a process else If you feel good, you love and if you feel bad, you don’t love. Then, the love dies.

Love is more than a feeling. It’s a lifestyle. Process your feelings.

Love is an attitude of process. Read on how to process your feelings.

You must understand what love is all about.

From my studies of love, I come to understand that love is an act of confession. You say it, do it and mean it.

The book of 1St Corinthians 13 vs 4 – 6 explains clearly.

In marital perspective, couple ought to make a confession to each other. They have to make it an act of love everyday; And those in purpose relationship ought to learn now and be of such wisdom.

Let’s view two couple using the names Martins and Khloe. Don’t forget the Bible verse, which is 1St Corinthians 13 vs 4 – 6.

Martins and Khloe “act of love” as a confession using the Bible verse.

“My Love for you is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast that I’m the most perfect, it is not proud. It is not rude, I think not only for myself but for you and I, it is not easily angered and it keeps no record of your wrongs. My love for you is of truth and not evil. I will always protect, always trust, always hope with you for the better and I will always persevere in faith that we will always remain victorious”.

Remember it’s not based on how they feel but how they have processed themselves.

Even those in purpose relationship, process yourselves now if you haven’t. Don’t say I will start the process in marriage. Start now in that purpose relationship.

Take note, love is a process and it is the greatest of all things.
