Okay! today we are looking at 10 simple ways to catch customers BIG TIME…. CATCH CUSTOMERS? YA… CATCH CUSTOMERS… LIKE GRAB THEM? YA.. GRAB THEM… AND BOOST YOUR BUSINESS TRAFFIC..

Boosting your customer traffic all depends on you, the business owner – what method do you want to use for the task. Do you wish to use a fishing hook technique or a fishing net technique?. It’s all bent on you….. Note: using a fishing hook will still bring customers likewise using a fishing net. But a fishing hook requires a bait to attract a customer not customers. It is a one way technique. Not all customers will find the bait attractive and hence they (customers) will “divorce” you (business owner) while a fishing net requires no bait, just cast it correctly “simple, simple, like that” with it interlocking spaces, fishes will be caught because of its diverse ways to attract customers. So it is not a one way thing but diverse ways. With this technique, one get customers day in, day out. They will be a queue of persons waiting/calling i.e TRAFFIC – CUSTOMERS TRAFFIC to do business with you.
So, i recommend you (business owner) to use the fishing net technique and do remember to cast the net correctly. And, your customers will never ‘divorce” you. Customers will become your “good morning”, “good afternoon”, “good evening” and “good night”. CAST THE NET CORRECTLY – 10 SIMPLE WAYS TO CATCH CUSTOMERS BIG TIME BELOW.
1. IDENTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS/SELLING POINT/STRATEGIES
Firstly, it is good to know your target audience. Who are your clients? Your goods/services tells who your customers will be. Identify your customers.
Secondly, what’s your selling point? what sells your business publicly? your selling point is the characteristics of your goods or services that most attracts purchasers. How well do you handle this? This feature attracts your customers and is beneficial to you. Stop hiding your selling point. Make adverts of your business on bill boards, banners, posters or social media platforms. Make it known to your customers and let it be attractive and my dear be promising in your selling point or your competitors will snatch your customers.
Thirdly, what’s your strategy? your strategy matters a lot because it is a systematic method of how you run and visualize your business.
Set up a business strategy. write them down. Let them be a reminder for you. Most persons loose customers because they don’t have a business strategy or they still use a business strategy for the past two years for the current year. NO! It isn’t suppose to be so. Every year, plan again. Plan your business for the current year. How do you want to run your business for the current year, PLAN!. Be a visionary. Be smart. The Lord God is replying to those who want a huge success in their business. who want to boost their customer traffic in Habakkuk 2:2
“write down the vision and make it plain on tablets so that you may run with it”
Tablets as of old; today, write on a book. run in the sense that you manage your business. If the vision (plan for your business) is written down, you can take action (run) as you read it day in, day out. So do you see, God wants us to be successful entrepreneurs. His thoughts are of good, to prosper us and to give us an expected end. PLAN!.
Proverbs 29:18a says
“when there is no vision, the people perish”
It is not based on how fluent you are or prayerful you are, have a vision and your prayer will boost things up. To boost your customer traffic, you have to have a vision enough to guide you and make your business successful. If no one buys from you, It is an ERROR. Go back to the drawing board and think the way out of that business curse. Always plan, think forward, document your business goals; And your business will live very long.
2. BUILD A RELATIONSHIP
Most business owners have a very poor relationship with their customers. They shout at their customers. Some insult their customers. This isn’t right. It is BAD. NO! treat your customers right. Though some customers have a bad attitude and claims right based on “customers are always right” even when they are at fault but learn to tame them and work with them rather than insult them. Let there be a good relationship between you and your customers.

“We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It’s our job everyday to make every important aspect of the customers experience a little better”.
Make your customer feel at home in your business area; start a good relationship.
3. BE FRIENDLY
When you have a good relationship with your customers; he/she becomes a friend. He/she becomes your middle-person. He/she advertises your business. They share their business relationship with others thus increasing customers traffic. To become friends with your customers and make them your middle-persons;
“get closer than ever to your customers (build a good relationship) so close that you tell them what they need well before they realize it themselves”.
Don’t condemn yourselves because of poor sales for a particular day or because of unsuccessful business transactions or challenges in your business or because you are loosing your customers. NO! DON’T. You got to believe. Get up and shine again. Think the way out and work towards it.
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead.
If you choose to be wear down because of the business negativism experienced you will die-off before you realize it. Keep the faith, think a way out. Work things out and re-ignite your business. Get back your customers. BELIEVE BEGINS WITH YOU. BELIEVE.
Always wear a smiling face. Don’t bring emotional trauma into your business. Don’t transfer aggression to your customers. Your business will be better when you smile. Customers will always come to do business with you when you smile. When they (customers) ask you; why the smiles? You (business owner) tell them is my nature. I love to smile. My dear you have won that customer for your business and more will keep coming because there is a testimony to tell by the customers to other persons about your smiles. Wear a smile today.
Be tidy. Make it a business campaign to clean up your business area (in goods/services rendered) regularly. Make it satisfactorily neat. Make hygiene your priority. Do this regularly and you will attract customers. They will always be a long queue of persons waiting to do business with you. Tidy up today.
7. DRESS WELL
You are address the way you dress. Bad ways of dressing drives your customers away. Adorn yourself well. Even though you are a cab driver; dress well to attract customers. Customers wouldn’t mind waiting for you at the muster point just to board your cab to their destination. Dress well, business owners. Your dress counts very well. Are you an event planner? look gorgeous. The way you dress equals the population of your customers. Dress well to win customers over.
Win them over, entrepreneurs.
8. STYLE IT UP
Ya, package yourself very well. Styling is important and beneficial. Make your business the trending with some packaging. How well you package your business equals the population of your customers. Make videos on how you carryout your goods/services; Make the videos attractive and original. Advertise your business on social media platforms, bill boards, posters, etc. So style it up. Whether you are a painter, cab driver, shop owner, event planner, caterer, books seller, barber, etc. Style it up; it is necessary if you want to boost customers traffic.
9. BE CREATIVE
Be creative; a creative business owner thinks everyday for new ideas to boost customer traffic. Think and build your enterprise everyday. Do not dwell on the past plan(s) of the past year(s); generate another for the new business year, Work with it because the economy of the past year will not be the same as the current; so change method.
10. PRAY FOR YOUR BUSINESS
The last but not the least. This is the most important of all. Always pray for your business through Christ. Put faith to practice as you have worked and you will see success. Customers will become your “good morning”, “good afternoon”, “good evening”, “good night”. Pray before you step out in the morning.
